Already a PM

Already a PM is the plan I use with mentees moving into product from customer success, support, engineering, marketing, and analytics. It's built around three phases, one per month:

• Translate: rewrite your resume and LinkedIn so every bullet shows a result, a scale, and who cared.

• Target: build a list of 20 companies, get recruiters coming to you, and turn work you've already done into two portfolio case studies.

• Rehearse: build a story bank for the questions every interview loop asks, and work through any case with the CUPS MD method.
