Hi! I’m Stefanie, a product manager at HubSpot who writes about customer-first product management, data storytelling, and real lessons from inside the PM world.

I didn’t break into product with a computer science degree or an MBA. I came from customer success, where I learned how powerful it is to deeply understand what users are really trying to do.

Today, I work on analytics and reporting at HubSpot, helping turn complex data into simple tools that help people make better decisions, faster.
